I understand that MADIBA 369 Authority is as Hill Scott Corporation “Corporate Authority” under private public partnership that is designed to help business entities develop programs in accordance with its framework of Membership, Administration, Development, Investment, Banking, and Audits. Corporate Authority will enact to pursue a range of common interests of recreational, social, political, economic, or professional contracting for business and financial development.
I understand that the “Corporate Authority” is a contractual coordination system among voluntary members consisting of trusts and affiliated entities. It does not provide institutional banking services, does not accept deposits, and does not operate as a license regulated financial institution.
